hey quick question, will the rpcaster kit work on the 4.0sohc 05+ mustangs? seems like it would to me....

 

Short answer: Was working with customer with an 06 Mustang 4.0.Made modifications needed for drive by wire throttle body, etc. When he installed everything he found the hood hit the supercharger pulley. Where as his vehicle was a "show car" he did not want to deviate from stock appearance, and that ended the install. "Now if someone was willing to modify hood things should work out"

 

just the pulley?? ok what modifications did you do for drive by wire? dyno modifications? My brother has a 07 v6 and is looking to supercharge it but doenst want to put 4000+ into a supercharger system. i told him what i was thinking about the rpcaster kit and he wanted me to ask. the hood shouldnt be a problem. This is the hood he has....

That hood looks like clearance (might) not be a problem!
There would be a lot of down time so if he doesn't have another vehicle, it might not be worth it?
