well money to power gain ratio this kit beats the EE kit for sure!...assuming one could get it to fit in the ranger.

Are there any major differences in engine components between the Ranger 4.0 and the mustang 4.0? Like stronger rods, larger fuel injectors/rails, or fuel pump lph ratings? All things that could have an affect when running boost that wouldnt be replaced with the kit?

Well usually when you buy a supercharger kit, or the Procharger kit in this case, it comes with new fuel injectors so you dont really need to worry about that part. I dont know any other specifics about the Mustang 4.0 and the Ranger 4.0s.

I now have more information about these kits. So here is the new info I have:

have you confirmed that it will fit in our engine bay?

also, whats the difference between the two 7 and 9 psi kids. they are like $800 difference but i dont see anything different in the description

P series flows slightly less than D series... I think the P series maxes out at like 400 horse while the D series is good for more like 500... THEY CLAIM... I don't know why, as they are the same size and spin the same rpm... The step in the D series may be a little different...

I think the impeller(Ithink thats what its called) is shaped different.
