Turbo ranger time for some answers

I want to turbo my ranger and I'm only looking for about 220 hp or so is this Gunna work no has came out with a real kit

Mine is a 2.3 that's all they made in 05 .. The kit says either thats whatbim confused about but I guess the kit is universal because it's all bolt on and no internals ? Am I right has anyone found any other kits I found a few but not sure if they're right..
