Dunno if anyone remembers...I drove a Ranger up until last December when I lost it on some ice and totaled it. :( But I finally got sick of my family pushing the pity cars on me that die after a week of driving and bought a 1974 F100 last week. Originally had the 302 but the last owner put a 360 in it. I've got most of the work done, just need to rebuild the carburetor and put in a new master cylinder (I'm getting sick of pumping the brakes at stoplights...haha). Other than that all she needs is a bumper and a new hood, and a pretty paint job. Can't decide on the color...what would look good? Here she is.

Sweet! I agree with keeping it white, maybe pearl white. And when you go to get it painted replace those mirrors with some of the more streamlined ones and fill the holes in.

 

Haha, actually I almost forgot about that, but she does need new mirrors too. :) Surprisingly, this truck didn't have too many problems when I bought it despite the fact that it had been sitting in someone's yard for at least a year, lol.

 

Straight up gran torino right there. Looks good!
