washed up the truck..but theres a twist.
boom, not the truck you were expecting to see huh?
decided that it was pretty nice out and thought id give the 350 a nice bath. Brought it back to school after spring break. Picked it up in August with 77k on it. now has about 81k. 2008 F-350 King Ranch. Job 3 6.4 Powerstroke. damn nice truck. tons of power. rides like a dream. love having the room in the cab and extra bed space.
its basically bone stock right now. it has a bed cover, some reverse lights under the hitch and a remote start. It's getting tint soon here when i get some free time to actually do it. been practicing on the ranger because i redid my front two windows and they came out pretty good. Not sure what % ill do. maybe just 15 all around on this one. instead of 5%.
biggest thing i need to get done this summer is tune and delete the dpf. im so sick of that killing the mileage. and then drive it. once out of school itll get modded some more. I want to take off the mudflaps, running boards, level it out. get rid of the chrome mirror caps (they should be black painted, but because it came with the chrome package theyre chrome, and i dont like it) 35's, egr delete, line-x, under the rail tool box. ect ect. but right now i just want to tune it and drive it. when it needs tires is when ill step up so bout a year.. its gonna be a slow process but once i graduate next year itll go faster.
paints not perfect, but its the best i can do for the facilities i have at hand. its getting a nice wax and detail when i get back home in june. i would do it sooner, but im flying home for easter, and ill be in France for all of May. If i was closer to Scott, id pay him to work his magic on it for me. thats the shitty thing about black trucks.
also, parking at school is taking some getting used to,
normally i park in the back of the big lot by myself, but i think im going out to dinner later with some friends so ill prolly drive so i just parked it closer to my building.
as for the ranger, still have it. its at home. just re did the front two windows before i came back to school. looks damn good if i do say so myself.
thanks for looking guys! i know my pictures suck but they're iphone pics and i dont really have any nice places to take any pictures around here.

Thanks Taylor!
Thanks man! It was a toss up between 05-07 style and the 08-10's but i was leary of a 6.0 and for the price this was at there was no way to pass it up. I've always liked this style tho and im super glad with the decision. and yeah, seems to be a trend with fords rims and pitting, luckilly these arent bad at all. the previous owner took good care of it, but you'd hate to see the rims on the ranger.
thanks man! it wasnt the first choice, wanted the maroon or a green. i say that because they were more a King Ranch color, imo. but i love the black and tan, just needs a little work.
