Well here we go again.

Oil Cooler has to be plugged again on the coolant side.

I am gearing up to buy the air oil cooler from BullitProofDiesel, which is still in testing, maybe end of this week? I hope, I have been calling every week.

Ordered a coolant filtration system from the dieselsite.com
New Water pump and gaskets
Ordered the intake gaskets, turbo o-rings, fuel system seals

I think there are a few other things, but hopefully this fixes the issue, I'm really getting tired of messing with it.

They still kill trannys

I would go to powerstrokenation or powerstroke.org and look around

Innovative Diesel, Spartan, or TS I think the better end of the programmers out there. Stay away from Edge.

H&S also makes a good tuner.

Fishy.. look into a DP tuner or TS chip for that '02.

Sorry to hear about your problems Zach. Is that a "job 1" truck?

Jeez man, I feel bad for ya! It seems you're having nothing but bad luck/never ending issues with this truck. Hope you get it all straightened out to be the reliable and powerful truck it should be, but if anyone can, it's you.

Keep us updated!

Looks like that grill on the hood makes life a tad easier...You have to tear apart the whole front on mine to do anything like that.

I hope this fixes your problems this time around zach. Been reading about the issues your having on PSN. I'm hoping by the end of the year to purchase a 6.4. Been drooling over a sonic blue 08 6.4 with a manual. Not sure sure if I want an auto again or go manual. Probably will opt with the automatic. Good luck man. Hope it works.

I'm looking at getting a newer diesel. Mine has 200000 miles of hard work on it and it is taking its toll. Needs more work on it than I care to drop money on. I would like to have a crew cab.

I'm not getting a Dodge. I drive one everyday for work with a cummins in it. Its an 06. The motor is nice of course but the truck is junk. I don't like duramaxes. They have a crapload of problems too. Not one diesel engine out there is without their own problems. All newer engines have their quirks.

So what might you suggest then might I ask?
