If my old beater on 33's and the Ford ttb suspension can handle 90+mph than I'd say you guys should have no problem whatsoever Lol

I know the transfer case nor hubs really unlock until you let off, but I didn't figure it'd hurt to take it out.

You guys need to do boosted launches! They're so fun, and they can take major time off of your run. Hell, I shaved a 1.3 seconds off of my 1/4 mile time when I went from maybe 2psi boost to 10psi at the launch.

I would stage the first light, then inch forward to get the second stage light, WHILE powerbraking it. When the lights start falling on the tree, lean into it and get to a desired boost level. Keep an eye on the boost gauge so you can know what you launched at. Then, on the last yellow light let off the brake and floor the accelerator simultaneously.

If you have never done a boosted launch,, even on the street... you're missing out. Not only is it an amazing launch, but the truck is so so soooo much quicker.

WIthout a doubt run it in 4wd. You won't come anywhere near your best time in 2wd, as you will have no boost and no traction.

You have to have $$ to do that. lol

I am sure they would be more than happy to sign me up for a loan but I would hate the payments. Its overly frustrating at the moment. if we step back a few months...

27k (2008 F250)
1.2k tuner
500 exhaust
500 unigoose hitch
1k oh crap there goes the oil cooler!
500 change all fluids
800 (broken passenger side mirror) (awesome)

i wont even go into medical bills! 2010 can end at any moment...

magically all your funds disappear. grr so frustrating! poor decision making on my part.

No one on PowerStroke.org can tell me why the oil temps are still so high. I think the whole cooling system is jacked up. The whole block needs pulled and cleaned. then reassembled. All of the coolant ports and tunnel are plugged or full of sediments. Those sediments are plugging the oil cooler. Either that or I have something wrong in the oil system but it is so new that no one knows enough about it. And I am done throwing time and money at it to get no where.

Well, I guess I don't have a guess at this time, as I'm not very familiar with them other than what I've read.

I can point out one mistake... the Org. Get on Powerstrokenation. Sooooo much more info on there.

One Ford Tech told me to replace the timing cover, I am not sure the validity of that, but he said it has been known to wear causing the coolant to mix with oil and oil in the coolant. I dont see any of that mixed though.
