What can you do?

I stopped by a Ford dealer today and gawked at a silver 2011 F250 crew cab, short bed FX4 lariat with the 6.2L V8. Droooool. I want! The Lariat FX4 has an black/gray interior, black leather seats, center console, VERY nice. This one had rear camera, backup sensors, trail brake controller, upfitter switches etc, retailed at $47k.
I would be all over it! ... IF I had $40k+ to spend on a truck. If I were in the market for a brand new F150, I would look reeeeally closely at a 6.2L super duty as well.

BTW, I still resisted the temptation to drive anything today. lol. The last thing I need is to come home dreaming about a new truck.

Damn Zach that sucks. I've got my fiddy up for sale right now lol. If I can get it sold in a reasonable amount of time I'll be getting into the diesel club. FTW.

Find a 7.3 and stick with diesel.

Diesel > Gasser

7.3 > other diesels

Each have their place...Really..a 7.3 is so good it beats all other diesel..oh man I must be missing something. Apparently Cummins is not a good enough company/engine builder for you...What about Caterpillar, do you like them? You should, they helped design the HEUI system for the 7.3

Haha calm down. I'm just saying 7.3's are known for being very strong and reliable engines. You should know that. You have one don't you? Cummins are great engines too and again, are known for being strong and very reliable.

7.3's are strong and if treated well reliable...but no where near the best. I'm bored at work so I need someone to harass

Oil leak (easy fix)
Rims are leaking (expensive fix)
Now it revs up from Drive to Park - Could be....Tranny selinoid of some sort, injectors, ICP....list goes on and on
Transmission is starting to act funny.

I just bought a house 6 months ago and don't want to put the money into it.

Its a nice truck, but its time is coming for new parts!

It revs up to about 1,200 rpms and then idles norma. Could be many things and I really don't want to throw parts at it
