i dont know how it works either, the front end was like that when i bought it and i actually kinda like it older style, but i want to put lights on front, how did you mount them?

took my grill off and fabbed up a mount for the two center lights and then the hella's mounted where my grill used to clip in. It's ghetto but it gets the job done for what I need them for.

doubled up on some sheet metal and pop riveted it together and then bolted it to the center core support and riveted some supports to keep the edges from falling down due to weight. Want some pics?

its kinda funny because i never really looked at my lights. They do look like they are floating eh?

just go with a center console man and ditch the subs. That one is enough!

Haha yeah i thought about it, im just gunna put a center console in there instead now. The next mod to come is a pre-runner front bumper! (hopefully soon)
