If you ever wanted a custom shifter of any kind....
...I met the man to do it! the website is www.koolknobs.com
The guy can make any custom shifter (stick, "tree" mounted, auto, etc) for an unreal price. I had him make a 10th Mountain shifter for me. Sent the pin (he can put anything smaller than 2"x2" in the ****), told him the colors (red white and blue) and had it made. I wanted a white base with red/blue swirl middle then clear top for the pin. IT threads right on (he makes them to order according to make/threads) and even puts in a rubber insert at the top of the threads so that you can orient it accordingly (as you tighten the rubber takes up the slack) The cost plus shipping back to me was only 31 bucks!

. It's notihng more than a gear shifter for a bike connected to the throttle. It's actually run to where my cruise control would be. Makes pulling out on hills/obstacles WAY easier. My wife will be getting a **** for the Ranger with our 3 dogs pic in it.
anyone else have experience with different shift handle? want to get a t-handle but because ford puts splines instead of threads don't think possible? every aftermarket handle i tried so far doesn't fit properly
Hmmm, did not realize I did not have a pic of the Ragner **** on here....the guy that did my **** for the Jeep owns a Ranger. He has a really CLEAN looking aluminum piece that he can include. It looks completely stock, just gotta ask him about it.
