12-Bottles Redline D4 ATF $120
1- 4ft Piece 5/8 ID tubing $1.96
2 5qt Empty mobil 1 jugs $FREE

Spraying transmission all over because you are f-ing retarded.....

PRICELESS

The tubing was slightly kinked and it sprayed back under PRESSURE.
I had to go and buy Degreaser, 5ft 3/8 I/D tubing, pipe clamp.
And 5 dollars at the coin wash to finish the flush. Then clean the engine.

This is after N3elz warned us about it spraying lol. :x '

Oh well It was fun being covered in expensive transmission fluid.
The fan belt sprayed it all over :D

Wow, that stuff IS expensive. Dealer/preferred pricing on tha Amsoil is quite a bit less -- but it was STILL a chunk of change.

At that point, it was you old fluid spraying around, so you probably DIDN'T lose any of the new stuff!

Sorry that happened to you though. It's a tricky thing to do on your own -- as you found out! :)

I used the summit racing retail pricing.
Regular redline syn atf is 7.99
Redline "D4" atf is 9.99 ( i have seen as high as 11.99)

I paid 6.49 at an online site (including shipping)

Oh, okay. The $120 in the first line was for drama, lol! I thought you had to pay $10 a bottle for it. That's a MUCH better price and more like what I paid.

I changed mine before my trip to centralia with royal purple max ATF. I was having engine problems on the way back so I took in for service at the local dealer and they thought it was my tranny so there went all that expensive fluid. The worst part is that they didn't fix my engine problem and now my tranny is awfuly loud.
