They are almost 2 years old, about 20k on them (I think), They have some curb rub which has worn down the white lettering a little, 2 of the tires have 1 or 2 plugs where they got nails. They have no odd wear and have been rotated every 4k and never underinflated.

If I sold them with the rims I would want atleast $100 for the rims though they are a bit rough from the jeep they came from..

So how much do you think I could get for all 4 tires on craigslist?

Yeah dude, 2 year old tires on old jeep rims just aint that hott these days.

 

I was jsut searchign craigslist last night hoping to find a lucky buy on new tires.. only problem is, people think its cool to sell tires with 60-70% tread for about 100 bucks less then a brand new set of tires..

if they are 2 years old, even with even wear.. you cant expect to get too much out of them, itll help get into a new set of tires, but never enough for a full set.

 

I sold my 2 RT/S's for $75 for both. They had just under 5k on them. Thats less then half the price of one.

Tires lose most of their value the second you get them mounted.

Yeah I sold my 4 old 235s with like 8k on then for 150 with my old rims. I was just glad I got something for them.

 

I sold the 4 255/70 16s wrangler rt/s that came on my truck, took them off about 2 weeks after buying it new and sold them all 2 days later for $200. And that was last summer when our dollar wasn't worth 99cents us or so. 50 bucks a tire with the molding nipples still on em. Not bad at all unless you want good tires.
