LED strips on mirrors

There's cheaper ones if you dont mind hong kong and stuff but I wanted from U.S.

hmm, looks good. I may have to try this some day. But niteshade the lense too. Anyone running them on with their parking lights? like newer superdutys?

I was going to night shade mine and put them on the front of the mirror but this was easier.
These are like the park lights if im not signaling there just on solid, like park/running light.

WOW those are awesome. Im gonna order me a set.

On the eBay listing it says no drilling don't you have to drill for the wire to run into the mirror housing?


The seem more visable from further back unlike what I got now. WOnder how well it would look on the outside of the mirror
Since you can bend these you can get the curve to work

i dont know if its been mentioned before or not but has anyone ever thought of getting the mirrors off explorers that have that light built into them? ill try and get a picture.

I looked at putting mine there too, I just didnt want the wire to show. but you could prob drill a little hole and put the wire into the mirror.
Also Its not that flexable/sticky as it looks. I think if you flexed it to much it wouldnt stick

LoL that short video reminds me of the Steven King Movie The Mist!

Anyways that's a cool looking mod, I like they way it looks. Might have to try this to my 06+ mirrors.

The LED strips + my Off road lights are by far the best money spent on my truck. The stips look sooo good, and the off road lights make night driving so much nicer.
