bed problem

What could have caused it to do this?

Overload on uneven ground.
Rusted frame giving way.

Could be loose bed bolts let the bed come out of alignment. Loosen them up enough where you can move the bed and see if you can re-align it.

Hmm.. i did carry i load before i noticed it.. not sure if thats when it happen.. i wasent on bump stops tho.. might take be off and clean it up under there wile im at it..

the last time i had it flexed the bed would have been pushed in on the pass side..
