So I bought me a 2000 F150 4X4 Lariat back in July 09. It needed a new motor because the other 5.4L engine had jumped timing..so i finally saved enough money and set it to the side to invest in the work being done to the truck. Last week I had the truck put into the shop and just got it back...runs like a champ...sounds and runs like a new truck. here's a few photos of the truck. I'm on the lookout for a front bumper, leather interior because the guy never conditioned the leather in the truck so it has cracks and stuff in the driver seat..but also looking for a replacement passenger side power mirror with turn signal mounted on outside housing..and outside housing in green to match truck on backside of mirror..Let me know if anyone can find any deals on these items when ever your at the junk yard or maybe if you have a friend parting one out. my dad had a 97 F150 like that but was 2wd.. had the 3rd door... was a nice truck cloth interior, 4.6L automatic.. had to replace the head gasket i think plus a bunch of other stuff.. he sold it for $6000.00 i went with the lady when she test drove it.. i would of bought the truck if it didnt need more work..
