body lift??
ik im gonna get flamed like a mo fo but idc. lol. im just curious to see if anyone has BL a 04-08 or has seen it done. ik they make them but ive never seen anybody with one. nobody around hre really has a lifted f150 in those years, maybe 2 or 3 but thats it. most are smaller trucks or older model trucks. and it seems everyone online is runnin a suspension lift or leveling kit. i cant really afford a suspension, but i still wanna sit higher than a leveling kit. i really miss drivin the lifted ranger so i kinna wanna lift this truck, even if it is just a BL. what do you guys think?

No one on here has one. A few guys on f150online do and they all say the install is a total pain in the ***. Shops normally charge 700+ for the install. I wouldn't bother with it personally, just save up for a little bit longer and go with a suspension lift.

Don't do it. With a body lift and a leveling kit, it is still going to ride like it has a leveling kit. The body lift will be expensive and install/labor will be ridiculous.
At the end of the day, you would be better off (probably cheaper too) buying a Rancho lift kit and getting a rebate, especially since you can use stock wheels. The ride would be much better than a leveling kit as well.

holy **** thats expensive. i thought 1300 was high. so why the rancho over the rough country? other than using stock wheels. i mean, itd be at least till next tax time before i could even think about gettin one. and how hard is it to put a suspension lift on? ive helped my dad work on the front end of my ranger and it wasnt too bad. replaced hub assembies, CV axles, etc. looks more or less bolt on. can you use stock wheels on a rough country, and what makes the rancho able to use stock wheels compared to other lifts that cant?
