cops

Ive never ever been pulled over in the usa or the uk but if i do get pulled over in the usa i will hand them my (uk)welsh driving license and that will put them off enough i think, hes how the welsh writing will look like.......

Mae'r Asiantaeth Trwyddedu Gyrwyr a Cherbydau yn Asiantaeth Weithredol i'r Adran am Drafnidiaeth.

Mae'r Asiantaeth yn atebol i'r Ysgrifennydd Gwladol a Gweinidogion a thrwyddynt hwy, i'r Senedd a'r cyhoedd, am reoli'r Asiantaeth a'i chyfrifoldebau'n effeithlon ac effeithiol.

Ein prif amcanion yw cynorthwyo i orfodi deddfwriaeth gyffredinol drwy gynnal cofrestrau o yrwyr a cherbydau, casglu trethi a chynorthwyo nodau diogelwch y ffyrdd yr Adran.
Now im sure that will mess with there heads enough to just give a warning

Ive been pulled over for having underbody neons at least twice this year by a sheriff. But yet a dodge truck goes 20 mph over the speedlimit in front of the sheriff and he doesnt do crap. I guess underbody neon is more dangerous to the public than a speeding truck going into a city <rolls eyes>

They didnt give me a ticket. Just a "warning" which ive had numerous times. The cops just told me to keep them off when im driving. They were probably just bored or were short of meeting their quota.

Imagine wearing this when you get pulled over. Warning? . . . pfff!

Jon, I can understand your hassle, but neons aren't meant to be used while driving, as they distract other drivers and take their attention from what they need to be doing. We have guys going through town all the time with them on, and as soon as a cop sees 'em they get busted. They are perfectly fine in parking lots and stuff, and I've even seen cops checking them out before when parked, but if they're on the road with them turned on they get nailed.

for all of you that hate cops.

don't call them if your house gets robbed.

don't call them when your truck gets broken into.

don't call them if someone you know/love gets killed.

don't call them if someone drives by your house at 4am and peels out...

don't call them if someone threatens to murder you...

don't call them if your child has been kidnapped...

don't call them if you see a crime going on around you...

just don't ever call the police.

cops are worthless.

I don't hate cops......Everyone knows that everywhere you go that there are cops out there that do not have anything better to do besides chase some tail lights to make their day or evening more exciting. I am not saying this about all police officers, but you know as well as I do that there are a select few everywhere ya go that like to throw around thier authority! I personally have never had any problems with the police and I hope that I never do. All I am saying is that some cops do thier jobs in a respectable manner and some of them do not.

I have no argument against cops inforcing the law. It's the law and if you don't like it you work with your elected officials to get it changed. I do have a problem when a cop breaks the law to inforce the law. See our stories bellow.

We have the problem in our fair city with cops parking on private property to conduct speed traps. Right of way for a road around here is 35 feet from centerilne. With a 12 ft road lane you get 23 ft for shoulder and utilities. I get guys parking over a 100 ft back from the road. One is a classic because it's in a church parking lot and there is a sign at the front of the lot that says" Parking For Church Business Only!" I guess the cops that use that spot can't read. I just call the property owners everytime I see it and the cops are gone within 10 minutes.

Another problem we get in our neighboorhood is there is no parking on one side of the street. We had a cruiser with a "radar rig" that shows you your speed parked on the wrong side of the road. It was causing a backup because someone was parked legally on the other side of the road. I called the station and asked them to move their car. They gave me crap until I threaten to call the county sherriff and have their cruiser towed for blocking the road. Fifthteen minutes later the car was moved.

Eh I have a lot of respect for cops but in certain situations. The sheriff in my county is controlled by the special interest. All the spots that people meet to go out in the woods on the weekends are private land around here. My self knowing most of the owners of that land and with permission we go out there. However past decade the cops have been flying helicopters over us and harassing us trying to get us to leave and telling us we cant have camp fires ect. They have also went to the extreme and taking police trucks, police fourwheelers, and police horses out into the woods to chase us down. I'm sorry but if I'm on private property with permission and cops are trying to chase me down. Well boy oh boy their gonna get the chase of their life. Itll be dukes of hazzard all over again. Hehe let me tell ya they are actually just giving us enterainment runnin from them cause we know these backwoods better than theyll ever know. I see tons of law suits coming up in my county, from my self I am working on evidence for a case.

ive got 3 tickets and been pulled over like 4 or 5 times. But there has been a few times when i got away. now i know the running from the police is not the right thing to do in any way. but gettiing two tickets in one day would have really sucked so i hammered down and ducked off the road. look in the rear view he goes speeding by not even noticing me. did that with friend too. though i was gonna die as we lifted a tire in my friends cherokee( with 35's) around a corner.
