01 Ranger armrest lid repair, or part number?

I'm trying to put a 60/40 split bench out of a 01 Ranger Edge into my 87 Toyota pickup,,,lol. The seat has the fold down arm rest with the cup hold. The truck I got the seat from was in a wreck and the arm rest lid is busted up. Is there a fix for this. I tried the Ford dealer but they said the part was obsolete.

I'm having a hard time with this swap. I may just sell this seat and try again to find some proper 4runner bucket seats.

Just wondering what you guys have done. Thanks

How good are your woodworking skills ?
You would need a band saw, table saw and a router.

The router at the very least, if your hand skills are good, then you could do with out the others.

JB weld also makes some stuff to fix plastic _ it depends on the plastic though.
If you take some lacquer thinner and it makes the plastic sticky, then you're good to go.

This is funny to me, I have never heard of a Ford seat being fit to a Toyota.

How does it fit the floor configuration ?

Does it slide back and forth enough for the Toy ?

It looks good in the pictures.

Looking at the picture of the Armrest piece, it is broken up pretty good, maybe??? not repairable; I would start searching JYs to see what you can find, maybe get the exact part or the complete Console portion and then you can mix and match.

AND another option, my second thought would be, since you already have the 60/40 mounted, if you do, you have the holes already there to fit another Bucket Seat, i.e. Driver's side Bucket Seat of the same year Ranger or close to the Seat year. Maybe a seat from a Ranger that looks the same, (take a picture), and will bolt right in or with just a slight mod.

Just thinking out loud and you will need a center console too !
