05 Ranger vs 05 Sport Trac

I know the sport trac is longer due to 4 doors but is it any wider in the cab, any more leg room, seats any higher than a ranger, or is the sp and the ranger identical except the full size back seat.

06+ STs have a v8 option but it is an expo interior so there are no similarities to the ranger

05 and older ones are basically a 4-door Ranger. No more front seat room, leg room, width etc.

And a shorter bed. If you need to move larger items it may be an issue.

I really like the 1st gens. For the longest time, I never really paid any attention to them. I knew that they existed, but didn't care much for them until I started modding my truck and using Explorer parts here and there. That's around the time I started thinking about how neat a U.S. spec. crew cab Ranger would be. Then I realized that we already have one. I also learned today that they made standard-shift versions.

the 5 speed ones are badass. I have yet to see a 4x4 one though and they're usually the base model
