I didnt want to take the spark out of 00Ranger00s flame so i started another post.

I am going down on I75 back to Tallahassee from Orlando going probably close to 80 in a 70 mph zone. Not uncommon for this road especially at 1 Am. Im in the middle lane with an Expedition to my left going about 85. we pass a trooper who immediately hits the lights for us. We both pull to the right land. In front of us is an Excursion. The cop flies up behind him and pulls him over mistaking him for the Expedition because that Excursion was going slow.

I freak out with my girlfriend and continue. As we approach Tally some 2 hours later my friend wants us to go to Georgia (about 15 minutes to the border from our house) to pick up another keg. The reason being is that in tally no alcohol past 2 Am whereas in GA it is 4 am. So we are practically on the border when we get pulled over. Reason??? My tint is too dark and my tarp was not secured properly. Give me a friggin break. A corner was waving in the breeze. Whatever.
So the cop comes up and i act friendly. Sorry sir heres my stuff, are you having a good night? He responds great night smartass. He checks my stuff and comes back and i say sir i was trying to be polite and not a smartass. He stares. So heres the good part. My girlfriend chimes in and says you dont have to be a jerk about it. i calmly tell her to please be quiet. she then says did you know we are on the FL/Ga border? can you take a picture of me and my boyfriend so we can say we are on 2 states at once. This is coming from the same girl that tried jumping her car off her steering wheel. he lets us go because Erin entertained him so much so we got a lot of beer and i didnt pay a ticket. Good night i guess!

Hmmm......Thats terrible getting pulled over on your way to get another keg at 2am.I guess the officer should be picking on people that are really doing something wrong,like driving home from work or something.Your girlfriend sounds real mature.

I totally agree, when people do anything illegal nowadays they should just get away with it, especially if they smartass the 5-0.
