2001 bed pan& bed parts

Just traded GMC quad cab(hated it from day 1) for 2001 ranger (love it) Had two previous rangers. After removal of bed liner, found bed pan rusted out around front left bed bolt. Upon further inspection ,saw that cross rails are pretty nasty also. My question is: can anybody tell me where I can find replacement bed parts at a reasonable cost?Any help would be great.

Check your local junkyards. Occasionally, craigslist helps too. You might be surprised but if you shop around eventually you'll come up with something in good shape. That's how I found the steppie bed we put on my truck, just happened to find it on CL. Excellent shape, sanded it, got it painted, looks brand new
