2003 Front bumper

I have the service manual cd w/ collision repair. I can't find the section with bumper info. I was in a crash, where my truck took the blow right on the right front bumper mount. Besides the bent bumper and the bent bumper bracket, the winged thing welded on the end of the frame is also bent. What's the winged thing called? My mechanic wants both the the bent winged thing and bent bracket replaced before he'll pass it for inspection. And that's OK with me, anyway, since they crumpled like they're supposed to, and if I just bang them back they won't perform as well in another oh sh!t moment. I don't have a full front cross member. Just these stubby wing things. What are they called, and is there a source to buy new?

Reason you can't find it is because you're looking under bumper and not frame.

3L5Z17N775AA -Passenger side frame cap/bumper mount
3L5Z17N775BA - Driver's side frame cap/bumper mount.

They're both on Ebay from a few sellers, brand new Ford parts. I wouldn't settle for anything less.
