I've heard from multiple people that they are pretty good...however they do sometimes develop a small leak that is easily fixable with some weather stripping.

I've been looking around lightly for a few weeks now for a cover, and so far, their prices seem the best for what they're giving you. which style were you going to go with??? at first i was thinking of going with a soft, but now i think im 50/50 with checkmates prices.. the fiberglass one is looking nice now

I've hear from 2 truck accessories places in town they do not sell them anymore acuse they leak and people were trying to get them to pay for stuff inside the truck when it go wet.

He bascailly told me if you are driving down the road the bed is constantly flexing (whi ch I agree) and since this sits inside the bed it doesn't flex which let's water in IF it rains. Just my $.02 cause I was looking into one.

How prisoners are to be treated...

That's too bad.. their covers look nice, being flush and all.. i wonder if some sort of weather proofing kit/pack, whatever, would fix any possible leaks the flex of the bed might cause

the only way you are gonna get around leaks is to have soemthing jsut sit ontop of the bes it'self and no inside like these do.

If they made soemthing, the truk places around here would still carry the stuff.

ive seen a couple in person, they look real nice. I work at a carwash and a couple have gone through a leaks a couple drops inside but thats it nothing to big. It you just have a empty bed with a bedliner and occasionally haul stuff then its perfect for you.

Basically I'm looking for something to keep my luggage from getting soaked on the trip up to Centralia, it doesn't have to be 100% watertight.

The other concern of mine is how easy it is to remove since I would have to remove it from time to time to haul my band's PA and gear.
