2007 OEM Pioneer headunit?

I've got an 06 FX4. I really wanted an 07 with the Pioneer headunit, but I got a killer deal on this new 06 so I took it.

Does anyone know if the OEM Pioneer headunit (the good one from Ford) is worth a damn? I really like the fact that it has an AUX input, and has the 6 disc changer..

Anyone know where I can find one? Is it worth it, or should I just go with an aftermarket? If someone has one they want to get rid of cheaply, that's an option...

After market for sure if you're planning on adding an amp and subs. More possibilities.
