need help bad

so yesterday i went to change my spark plugs and i found oil in 2 of the plugs wut will make this mappen and wut should i do plz need help asasp thanks guys

Oil can enter into the cylinder by excessive clearance in the valve stem guides or worn valve stem seals. If the PCV valves is not working it can cause a buildup or the engine block pressure. Resulting in ol forced past the rings and valve guides

on top on the plugs or in the cylinder?

on top bc its onr the sparkplug wire and when i took the plugs out the bottom was soaked in oil also so i would have to say both and when i went to auto zone to see y my check lite was on and it said number 3 cyclender wasnt fireing so wut so i do

Are the plugs in the middle of the valve cover on that? I'm not familiar with the 2.3's. If so then you could just have a bad valve cover gasket.

EDIT, looks like the plugs are in the middle of the cover. Get a Valve cover gasket set and replace it.

+1 ... VC gasket is super easy on a 2.3.... I have a turbocoupe and I can have one done in 30 mins... But make sure you get the black ford gasket... Its the easiest to set in and it won't leak like all of the other ones

yes they r in the middle over cover and ok would that couse my number 3 cyclender not to fire
