a vote on what? trent and cookie are the ones making it so they picked the trucks and if you want one then get it and if not then don't im sure you won't hurt there feelings any.

 

Because this is NOT a Ranger-Forums calender. How many time have we said this. It's a vehicle that we can't say the name of because of copyright and trademark laws calender. Notice not one single R-F sticker, Ford emblem or Ranger emblem is visable on the calender trucks. I have only seen one quality pic of a lowered ranger in the submission thread (fx2.3) and I really love his truck And was hoping it would have made it. Plus I can count at least 2 95% stock trucks in the calender. Why would you make a calender of stock trucks? I bet ford sells one. Go buy one.

Wrong... There are 3 Ranger-Forums stickers that can be seen. Matts, Tre's and the very last truck have site stickers on them.

The last one you cant see very well but I would bet thats what it is.

EDIT: Not that I care, just stating facts. I think we should be able to make a calender with the site name.

Thats odd though I see a ford emblem on almost each truck, along with fender emblems that say ranger.

I see you guys use xlt, edge, and fx4 for the names on the bottom doesnt ford own the copyrights and trademarks to those as well?

You obviously never had Ford mo. Co. Send you a certified letter telling you that they own the rights of the pics of your car and can't be used without there consent. Just wait. Somebody HAS to make a profit on these calenders... Like the printing company!!!!!!! Our site (blackmustangclub.com) had to get a lawyer. Be careful guys.

 

Do you have any pics of your truck? All I have ever seen is the headlight. I would love to see more 2wd ranger pics (street trucks) I just bought a 95 that I'm nursing back to life and it's going to be lowered and made a street truck. Trust me people I am someone that thinks this site needs to unite. Ask anyone , I'm not one to descriminate. Ever.

 

I bet if I went and had 20 calender's made using ALL Ford Ranger's I wouldnt get in trouble.

If we want a calender that says FORD RANGER or what not lets just be more careful about how we communicate it. Maybe through pm or IM?

 

I love the pics and the calender is a great idea! Wish I had money right now to get one and some Ranger-forums stickers....

It's not worth arguing over. The calender picture choices were picked upon who's with the "In Crowd", who *****ed the most to get in, and who is friends with who. I was under the assumption mine was going to be in (I was told "yeah man just the clouds gotta be photoshopped a little, youre good" - no name necessary). I was also under the assumption there would be different generation Rangers. But again, it is what it is, it's over and done with, and there's nothing that can be done now except wait and see how fast Ford acts on this with the copyright issue.

 

There is no in crowd. They were picked based on quality of the picture not year of the truck. If we had more time and people had better cameras things would look differently. Please dont complain, Me and Trent are doing this for fun for you guys to enjoy.
