When the key is on, power goes to the 93/94 cluster on the red/yellow from Fuse 7. That's a good place to start.

I have cheecked all fuses including #7 all have power in and out.I have also tried several different cluster mounted voltage regulators. What could I check next? Thanks Art.

Is there a shunt or fuseable link in the harness or under the hood that feeds the cluster?

There is a Slosh Module (damps fuel gauge movement) but I've never seen a voltage regulator at the cluster.

I would check for B+ on the red/yellow at the cluster first. If not there with the key on, troubleshoot from the #7 fuse to the cluster.

If B+ is there, check cluster grounds behind the right and left kick panels and on the driver side inner fender apron.

There is no fusible link downstream of the fuse.

Thanks also for the info on the grounds location. What I thought was a voltage regulator is a small pc board that plugs into the left side of the cluster. Do you know what this pc board is for?

Slosh Module.

Damps the electrical signal to the fuel gauge so the needle doesn't jump all over the dial when the fuel sloshes in the tank.
