4whl antilock or 2 whl antilock
How do you know if you have 4whl abs or 2 whl abs????
I have an 06 STX 3.0l automatic extended cab. if that helps..... |
It's technically four wheel abs, but is a 3-way system. It monitors the front wheels separately, and the rear wheels together at the differential. afaik this would be the only system available on your year truck
|
Reason I ask i am trying to get new rotors and it has 2 sets one for 2 wheel abs and a set for 4 wheel abs......
|
By your battery there is a abs valve. If it has 2 brake lines its rabs but if it has 5 brake lines its 4wabs

All 2001 and newer US Rangers have 4WABS only. Be careful because 4WD and 2WD rotors are different.
