shock help!

im wanting new shocks(actually need them ) but i dont know what kind to get

what is the travel on different ranger models?
i have stock 2wd shocks with 4x4 lift blocks.....

Rancho are pretty good, I always used them on all my F150\250 trucks, and are not priced too bad, and their catalog should give specs.
