I am in search of a good quality lift kit for my ranger, I am ok with buying a used lift kit, would this be a wise choice? I'm not very experienced with lifting trucks, but I have worked in multiple mechanics shops. I know my way around my truck, but modding is new to me.

 

Nothing wrong with buying used if you can find a good deal. 2 big problems with it that are pretty obvious.. no instructions and possibility of an incomplete kit. I would replace all hardware that you receive with new Grade 8 or better nuts and bolts.

Also, since this just happened to me.. do not send money via paypal as a gift when buying online.. have them send you an invoice so you are protected by Paypal if the deal goes south.
