Air in Take tube Hard to find any Ideas

I have a 1991 Ford Ranger 3.0 runs great but I need a new or working air
in take tube mine has cracks and I have duct tape wrapped around it.
Can't get one from the dealer called many auto stores,auto wreckers etc.

If I'm thinking what your thinking those should be pretty easy to find at a junkyard. But Ford should be able to ship it to the dealer

The Dealer does not make them anymore
I need something soon so it can pass a smog test

Or do a custom pvc cold air intake with a k&n filter. Just paint it black
