How to remove fron bumper 00 ranger

Hi I have a 00 6 cyl ranger, does anyone knows how to take the front bumper out of my truck?

There are 4 bolts that hold it on. Can be accessed on each side of the license plate bracket on the frame horn.

sorry I ment the front bumper, thanks though... do you know how to take front bumper out??
