Any window switch changes through the years?

I need to get a new pass window switch and im just wondering are all the switches throughout the years the same or are there differences? I found some on ebay from an 03 will they work on my 98 or what years for that matter?

Good to go! '08 Ford introduced different style switches and door panel pieces and small dash changes.
