My friend bought it yesterday and I figured one of the previous owners might have been on one of the ranger forums.

Where was it from?

98liftedranger 05-12-2012 11:22 PM

It looks like DCRVP's truck but he didn't have that dumb decal on the rear window.

Edit: Never mind that one you posted is 4x4.

RANGER_620 05-12-2012 11:27 PM

No its 2wd and its from Dunlap TN (like 2 counties over from me)

98liftedranger 05-12-2012 11:32 PM

Oh its an edge then? I just saw the tbars.

RANGER_620 05-12-2012 11:38 PM

Yeah 03 I think 3.0 5 speed on 33s thats about all i know about it

2006crfrider 05-13-2012 12:25 AM

Those running boards are hideous with that body lift

annguyen1981 05-13-2012 06:02 AM

I believe those are called step bars?

But I agree, those look fugly.

StxDangerRanger 05-13-2012 07:14 AM

your worried about the step bars?
What about the DC-2s? that wrecks it more.

You mean DC-1s? what a dweeb.

DC's are EASILY the most overrated overused wheel though. people love to bash rockstars, at least they have a solid pattern. thats what kills these wheels.

Lord Of War 05-13-2012 08:10 AM

The tool box, running boards, and wheels make me want to vomit.

Scrambler82 05-13-2012 08:29 AM

Truck looks good, the wheels everyone has there own ideas.

FULLSCALE 05-13-2012 09:10 AM

Not a bad looking truck though! I agree though.. just need to remove those bars, raise the hitch and change out the wheels.

RANGER_620 05-13-2012 05:44 PM

He took the step bars off today and he's about to go get a low profile toolbox..personally I like dc-1s on a black truck but everyone has their own opinion

Should look a lot better. The DC-1's arent that bad just not my favorite.

Ranger_Guy15 05-13-2012 06:50 PM

Looks alright, dont mind the dc-1's actually.

Mcleary316 05-13-2012 07:01 PM

Lose the bars, the rail on the toolbox, and raise the hitch and you have a good lookin truck then! Maybe new rims. Maybe not...

Mcleary316 05-13-2012 07:14 PM

It does look a lot like DCRVPs truck...

StxDangerRanger 05-14-2012 05:53 PM

That looks much better.

RANGER_620 05-15-2012 10:13 PM

I know lol..needs to go back like that. It has black leather seats too i'll get a pic next time I go to his house

pw2buz 07-21-2012 05:08 PM

Yuck on the wheels. They draw too much attention from the rest of the truck.

The step bars look dangerous. A foot could slip off and there you'd be between
the door and the ground with a broken leg.

SteelDirigible 07-21-2012 05:39 PM

oh god that just put a terrible image in my head.

dixie_boysles 07-23-2012 05:36 AM

looks familiar to me
