Thats why trucks from the south are the best. We've done 7 and all of them from the south. Only issue we had were rear cab bolts and it was just a matter of heating them and getting a good grip on them.

Same with me. It's bad enough I don't have a nice quality set of tools. Just random stuff that MIGHT work out.

If/when you guys decide to do one, just give yourself 2-3 days and make sure you have a friend or two to help. It really isn't that hard. A good set of sockets, a small torch, a certain size star bit (cheap), and some wrenches is all you really need.

Me and a few buddies did mine in combined 8-9 hours.

Craps weak brah.
Nah. j/k A bunch of guys at work have IR's. I might pick up a 3/8 drive one. it'll give me a reason to get a new set of 3/8 impact sockets.
Snap On is still king.

I've got a CP backup for when my Snap-On needs new hammers or something. haven't had to take it apart in a while, which is a good thing i guess.
one of the tool guys deals in IR's too, so i'd be able to get it at a somewhat decent price.
something like this . great for tiny stuff things and that way i don't put a ton of stress on my good Snap-On.

nice. I have all craftsman sockets just because i don't work on stuff everyday like you probably do. they get the job done. I only got my snap on impact because my friend sold it to me for half the cost of a new one so i jumped on it instantly for $200. I need to get a new boot for it because he trashed it at work lol

I've acutally stopped using sockets everyday. I use them a decent amount during the week, but not everyday like i used to.
But how i have my Taxes set up, i need to buy tools during the year so i can get money back during tax time. Uncle Sam is my Certificate of Deposit.
