I have been trying to figure out the PA lift law. i keep see for 5k lb trucks and up and the bottom of the bumper has to be at 30 inches or lower. so what is the law for the smaller trucks?

Is there a head light law?

whenever i have a question like that, i call the non emergncy hotline. from this you hear the laws from the actual cops, and they will give you a website to source it.

i would recomend that.

 

When I lived there, it was 30" PLUS it could not protrude further than stock.....I always got gigged for that.

I may be wrong, but is GVWR including what you tow, or is it the other way around? I thought GVWR for a Ranger was more than 5k....
