DLC doesn't meet minimum voltage required 0n pin 16 (failure for Emission test).
Is this related to a blown fuse on the left power outlet on dash? Had a problem 2 yrs ago getting a new key made , computer said It could not match the code ... long and short (and an hour electrical labor , was the fuse to the same left power outlet. replaced , all was well.... didn't realize this outlet/fuse was such an issue, and do u think this is why i have computer problems now....will get my tester in the morning.

found a 20 amp fuse , replaced it , checked the left power outlet and had power there. went to the emission test and PASSED!!. I run the right outlet with a power splitter , 2 usb , & a 12volt , to a power eliminator , never had any probs with it,....right side has blown b4 , so I don't use it. The surprise was 2 yrs ago , when I had to replace a key and the computer would not recognize key reset. same problem was the left power fuse.
Sooooooo the moral to this story is check that fuse/outlet , it can cause grief u never tho't of !! (damn computer....lol)
