bench seatback release
 

Hello All -- I use a 1996 Ranger XL 2.3L 4x2 at work. I just realized that the jack sits behind the 1-piece bench seat and for the life of me I cannot find any sort of release for folding the seatback forward so I can get to the jack and the space back there. Does anyone know if it indeed is moveable and, if so, where the release is? Thanks.

its either on the back of the seat somewhere or part of the recline lever

Thank you djfllmn. The only lever I know of is under the driver side which moves the whole bench seat and seatback seat forward and back as a single unit. Is that the recline lever?
