ball joints

Yep, we don't need no stinkin grease fittings!
I don't know how much money that saved on the assembly line not adding grease fittings. I just replaced the two ball joints on my 89 Mustang, only has two. They were Moog OEM specs and $ 70.00 bucks a piece.....and they have grease fittings : )

I did the ball joint as out of the need to know....now I know how old they are! It all seemed like original parts, when I got it up off the garage floor the rear shocks started leaking....After I took off the front struts I noticed the driver side spindle felt firm and had no play but the passenger side had lots off play and the stabilizer link pin bushings were flat and torn. I kinda went over board and took it all apart instead of a step by step fix up. In one more month I should have the wheels back on and on the ground. Its been an learning process, I learned I had to buy more tools.. and thats never a bad thing...
Thanks,
Thanks,
