Rhino Liner....

I've had my rhino liner for awhile now, probably over a year. When I got it it was black, shiny, all that good stuff. Now it's faded. Does anybody else have this problem? I guess I should expect it to fade, but does anybody know any secrets or tips on how to keep it black & shiny? W/o lossing it purpose that is. Somebody told me to put armor all on it, but I don't want to ruin it. When I wash my truck I always spray the liner down. I wonder if I scrub it w/ a brush if that would bring the color back.

If anybody knows any secrets or tips let me know.

Thanx

about twice a year, I'll spray a can of tire foam on my Line-X. It's kind of slick for a couple of days, but after 4 years it still looks good

My rhino liner in my f-350 did the same thing after about 4 months, I've used everything to try to get the original color back, but nothing seems to work for more than a qouple of days. I had a line-x liner put in my 4-cyl ranger and it still looks as good as new, after 3 years.

The guy in the office next to me used to work for linex. According to him, the stuff they sell you is just about the same as Armorall, or tire foam. He and I have both been using that on our liners for years with no problems. The owner of the shop does the same thing.

The two line-X liners I have had for years have never required any treatment, they still look great. My rhino liner turned greyish after only 3-4 months and there is simply no helping it unless I wire brush it out and have a line-X liner done.

Don't armor all it! I had the detail shop detail my truck last spring and they armor alled it, My truck bed became a skating rink until about six months later.

yah i used rhino shine. that stuff lasts forrever on my rhino. it keeps it black longer than just getting it re done like new...it runs about 16 bucks a bottle and is said to do a bed you roll or brush it on. i taped the lines around my bed and did it so i wouldn't get any on my paint. LOoks SAWWEEEEEET! let it dry over night and your set like new!
