gas milage
I had a 94' ranger xtra cab 4.0 and loved it but hated the milage. I'm looking to get a newer model but am debating whether to get the 2.3 or the 4.0 and get a chip for better milage. Any suggestions?

well a chip will do absolutely nothing for mileage...if its MPG youre after get the 2.3 duratec

Did Ford make a extra cab 2.3? I'm having a difficult time finding any.

yes but only in a 2dr 2wd configuration

My 94' I was getting 14/17 MPG. Everyone keeps telling me a chip will help MPG dramatically no matter what its put on. Not true?
