In the picture above does the part that I circled in red come off? Is it held on by clips? Or Screws?

How do I take that off becuase I whould like to rap some kind of felt or covering around it?

You can probably take it off once you get the whole door panel off.

It has to come off somehow because it wasnt made as one whole panel. The door panel is easy to take off. It's a couple screws and then you pull the panel up towards the window.

Take off the entire door panel and I bet it snaps in from the other side.

2 Screws behind the door handle.
1 Torx screw usually in the handle crank. You have electric, so I dunno about there. Perhaps someone else could say for sure...
Lift and pull away from the door. Entire assembly now comes off. Unhook the electric components.

Examine from there.
