Removing the Seat TRACK

I need to remove the sliding portion of the seat track only. Does anyone know how to do this.

If you mean you want to disassemble the track then I don't think you can do that easily or put it back together if you do get it apart.

Obviously the track with slider is multiple pieces I just don't recall if it can be disassembled, but memory is saying no as my best guess

If you are just trying to remove the track from the seat, it can be done as I have done it. I hope you have a good air compressor as it will make it easier. If you do have one, get an air hammer to chisel the rivets. They are a pain. I did this to put Honda buckets in my car because the factory seats were uncomfortable.
