Yes. someone has pulled a camper with their ranger.

I know jason (one of the mods) used to pull at 14-16 foot i believe toy hauler with a quad in the back with hid 4.0 auto ranger.

 

Outdoorsman pulls a camper with his Ranger. My grandfather has a '96 B-4000 w/ 4.0 and pulled a 24' Coachmen Camper many times. 3700lbs. empty and all he did to the truck was trailer brakes.
