I currently own a 1995 Ranger XLT. In a couple weeks I will be buying an '08-09 Ranger FX4 and I would like to put 31 inch tires on it. I'm not sure what else the truck would need to handle tires of this size. Suspension lift or a body lift? Also what about the front end rods?

 

sorry, just reviewing post. that is supposed to be 35 inch.

 

3"Bl and crank the t-bars or add pre-keys...or do a 4" susp lift, or a combination of BL, keys, shackles, and AAL's. Something of that sort. Hopefully somebody with an 08-09 will chime in and correct me.
