Any of you guys with SGI or BC Government insurance: Both companies have a "No Fault" clause in their coverage. If it was deemed through investigation that the modifications to your vehicle... whether its window tint, a lift, nitrous oxide, abs disabled.. and many other mods..they can decline coverage to you.
Dont ask me how i know this.. if you know what i mean.

i'm in windsor dude. i was 20 and had a lifted truck. it was a bronco with a total of 6"s on 35's. i was insured. i think i even asked her about it when i was younger (can't remember as it was 8 years ago). i'd look around if i were you. there are alot of companies out there who would want your money. i'm with pembridge. they are pretty good. i pay $176/ month for everything but a rental car. i'm 28, have had one accident over 5 years ago and one speeding ticket that was 15 or under, so i still have full demerit points.
as far as not telling them about it and do it. you'd be screwed if you ever got caught or got in an accident.

no,they have allstate here,my dad is with them. ive tried getting quotes with them and they are one of the most expensive companies i have been quoted by. Belair direct, RBC or TD Waterhouse are usually the cheapest for me.
Try going to www.kanetix.ca for some quotes. I'm turning 23 next month and haven't had a blemish on my record since I was 18, an I pay $115/mo for liability on my '02.

Well i heard back from that insurance broker. For a company that will cover any sort of modification, im looking at 4500 a year for just liability. Luckly im turning 20 next month, so the lady said she could probably get them to bump me up to there 21 year standard, which would bring it down to 3100. I can't believe i'd have to pay half of what my trucks worth a year just to insure it. I think i'm going to look at 33x10.5 bfg a/t right now, since i can fit them without the lift. And hold off on the body lift. Unfortunaly I already bought the damn thing.
