Yes it's annoying when the company who makes the stuff ships for free all over the us, and charges just as much for various shipping fees than the item is worth for canada.

All the more reason to buy stuff within our boarders whenever possible . . . Canada Post is awesome for shipping charges IMO. My full 80lb+ box of 4" MBRP exhaust for my diesel from Ontario, $22 shipping when ordered, no charges at the door! My two last R/C trucks, came in 1.5ftx1.5ftx3ft boxes, $17 shipping from Richmond, BC. Not a penny charged at the door!

Unfortunately I still have to buy or send stuff to the US every now and then. Good thing I have a jug of oil in the truck for lube . . .
