cargo lights?

cargo lights?

my truck has the cargo lights by the third brake light. i check all the bulbs and they work but i cant get them to light up. i feel stupid but how do you turn them on?

Turn the dome light wheel all the way up. It will kinda click.

what? like the little wheel on my dash? i have a explorer domelight installed so i dunno what the switch is and what setting does it come on at?
