There are mounts that bolt to th stake hole in the corner of the bed and stick out about 4-5 inches.

Search for an Alon Mount, he's a member on here and makes a run of them when there's a demand.

First:
I need to get up an avatar pic up.
Im going to say that I have been on here a year,
and my intentions at first were greedy;p;p;p
HAHA...
I planned on joining,
getting what I needed,
and leaving!!!

BUT THAT HAS BEEN 1 Year ago!

HAHA

Last month made my 1 year aniversary with my baby,
and I plan on keeping her until the odometer stops.

You all are very helpful in this forum.

And I plan on taking some pics of my truck for you all, once I complete all my mods!

But anyways,
done rambling....

SO WHERE CAN I FIND THESE MOUNTS AT?

Ive already fooled with magnetic mounts,
and personally,
i think they look like crap!!!

Plus,
thanks to the
"Drive-Thru"
via our local McDonalds,
I found out they aint too stable!!!!

The Firestik stake hole mounts are very nice. I've seen Stone's and if I hadn't already bought an Alon mount I would've gotten the Firestik mount.

are you mounting it on the step side ranger in your avatar? if so i dont think that mount will work, you need bracket to metal, and you cant fake a good ground by running a jumper wire to ground. it needs to be metal to metal

I don't even own a CB anymore. All my two-ways are disgustingly more expensive and harder to use. But if I were to get one, i would definitely get the Alon mount!

Depending on when you ordered, I am now using a different paint so it should hold up a bit better now

About 6-7 months ago? I'll just sand it down and throw some primer and flat black on it.
