2004 fog lights

i'm wondering if a set of fog lights made for the 2001-2004 rangers will fit in a 2009, or if not how much of a modfiy would it need.

01-03 are round, 04-07 are square, 08+ are round

If you swap the valiance to a 07 valiance you can make it work

sorry, they are for 01 -03 and they are round. My only question is does anyone know if the mounting points will be the same. Can any one, that has the 03 round ones, send me some dimensions of the lenses.
